  • RFI (Request For Information) Launch
  • RFP  uploading, by purchasers.
  • Candidates indentification and authentification
  • RFP downloading by supplier downloading
  • Bids and applications sending - Timestamp and acknowledgement of receipt
  • The buyer’s envelopes opening
    Notification to the firms

    Practice:
    Each participant has at his disposal a PC connected to the Internet.
    The following operations will be made on different dematerialization platforms :
    RFI pick-up.
    RFP pick-up
    Bid sending test
